This research was conducted with a qualitative research approach. The data collection method is carried out in two ways, namely non-systematic observation and using the library research method. The method of collecting data through library research is a method of collecting data through books and journal articles which according to the author can support the discussion in this paper. The results of this study indicate that the main problem in online-based user education activities at the IAIN Kudus Library during the pandemic is the problem of information literacy skills, communication problems, and technical problems. 摘要

通过本文的研究,分析了IAIN Kudus图书馆在线用户教育活动实施过程中出现的问题。本研究采用定性研究方法进行。数据收集方法采用非系统观察和图书馆研究法两种方式进行。通过图书馆研究收集资料的方法是一种通过书籍和期刊文章收集资料的方法,根据作者可以支持本文的讨论。本研究结果表明,疫情期间IAIN Kudus图书馆在线用户教育活动的主要问题是信息素养技能问题、沟通问题和技术问题。本研究的结果有望成为IAIN Kudus图书馆和其他图书馆今后开展用户教育活动的一种投入。
