Considering this, lawful protection of well-known marks is a must. This research uses a normative juridical method by examining regulations and analyzing the previous studies, as well as other relevant legal materials to determine the criteria of well-known marks and the law protection provided for well-known marks in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the regulation of the criteria for well-known marks in Indonesia still does not set concretely the minimum number that must be met for each criterion. 摘要

商标是同类商品和/或服务之间的区别标志,也是生产者提供的商品和/或服务的识别标志。为了成为国际社会知名和广泛认可的标志,也为了获得良好的声誉,它需要非常高的投资来保持质量并在许多国家进行大规模的推广。考虑到这一点,对驰名商标的合法保护是必须的。本研究采用规范的司法方法,通过考察法规和分析前人的研究,以及其他相关法律材料,确定印度尼西亚驰名商标的标准和驰名商标的法律保护。本研究的结果表明,印度尼西亚驰名商标标准的规定仍然没有具体规定每项标准必须满足的最低数量。此外,印度尼西亚原则上为驰名商标提供法律保护,无论是在印度尼西亚注册的还是未注册的。
