摘要

关键路径法是网络计划技术的核心之一,是项目计划管理的重要工具之一。将关键路径法应用于项目计划分析后,如果由于某些情况,网络中某些活动的开始时间和结束时间必须改变,当然,原有的网络计划也会受到相应的影响。针对这一问题,在关键路径方法的基础上,提出了关键路径方法的扩展算法1和2。并在此基础上提出了固定时间参数的关键路径方法。当任意活动的开始和结束时间发生变化时,对节点和活动时间参数的影响程度进行了量化。通过实例验证了该方法的可行性和正确性。
