To this end, the theory of protective motivation and the theory of planned behavior were explained, and the relationship between them was verified theoretically and empirically. The proposed research model and developed hypotheses were tested using structural equations modeling based on data collected from 218 customers. \nThe results of the study confirm first, Threat appraisal on protection motivation theory derived a positive (+) effect on Attitude. Second, Coping appraisal on protection motivation theory derived effects on Attitude. 摘要

本研究探讨消费者保护动机理论、计划行为理论与绿色产品购买意愿对消费者使用绿色产品的影响。为此,对保护动机理论和计划行为理论进行了解释,并从理论和经验上验证了它们之间的关系。基于218个客户的数据,采用结构方程模型对提出的研究模型和提出的假设进行了检验。研究结果首先证实,威胁评价对保护动机理论产生了正(+)效应。第二,保护动机理论的应对评价对态度的影响。最后,态度、自我效能感、计划行为理论的主观规范对绿色购买意愿产生正向(+)影响。本研究在理论层面对近年来日益增多的绿色产品相关研究中作为判断绿色产品购买意愿基础的保护动机理论和计划行为理论提供了有价值的见解。但是还有一个限制就是人口的限制。
