The method used in this study is a survey method with questionnaire techniques and interviews with the PLS-based inferential statistical analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that workload has a positive effect on work stress. Workload has a negative effect on work life balance, work life balance has a negative effect on work stress, and workload can be mediated by work life balance on work stress. 摘要

一个公司要想生存和竞争,必须有良好的人力资源管理支持。本研究旨在分析工作生活平衡在工作负荷对员工工作压力的中介作用。这项研究使用了106名员工的样本。本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法,使用基于pls的推理统计分析工具结构方程模型(SEM)。结果表明,工作量对工作压力有正向影响。工作量对工作生活平衡有负向影响,工作生活平衡对工作压力有负向影响,工作生活平衡对工作压力有中介作用。本研究的意义在于证明工作需求控制模型理论及其与研究变量的关系。关键词:工作生活平衡,工作量,工作压力。
