摘要

图像分割是实现果蝇病理性复眼自动诊断的关键步骤。本文利用从果蝇复眼彩色图像中提取的色差变量Cr建立二维直方图,并根据OTSU阈值分割原理,实现了果蝇复眼图像的分割。在大量计算二维OTSU阈值的基础上,利用鲁棒性和并行性相结合的自适应遗传算法(AGA)搜索二维阈值的最佳非线性向量。进行了大量的实验,应用结果证明本文提出的二维OTSU阈值方法具有良好的效果。
