This study looks at the key elements of smart learning structural design, such as IoT and IoB (internet of behavior), as well as the major issues that must be addressed when creating smart educational environments that allow for personalisation. To incorporate smart learning environments into the learning ecosystem and educational contexts, IoT, IoB, and cloud services for a smart education ecosystem must be used to orchestrate formal and informal learning.
