Moreover, the affect of armature reaction towards flux weakening control is analyzed. The HIL experiment results verify the design. 摘要

凸极永磁同步电动机具有功率密度高、效率高、响应速度快、磁阻转矩分量大、磁链弱化功能优异等特点。因此,它非常适合电力牵引和电动车辆应用。在实验室电源和负载有限的情况下,在对轻型轨道车辆用凸极永磁同步电机进行深入研究的基础上,提出了一种比例压缩电机的设计方案。电机的设计包括结构设计、电磁参数校核和热分析,采用场与电路相结合的方法。分析了电枢反作用力对磁链弱化控制的影响。HIL实验结果验证了设计的正确性。本文提出的设计方法为电力牵引车辆用凸极永磁同步电动机的研究提供了参考。
