The method used in this research was practical in terms of objectives and correlational-descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population consisted of 160 individuals including all the second grade high school teachers in Saveh city. In this regard, 113 individuals (65 males and 4 females) were considered as a sample size using the Cochran formula and the Stratified random sampling method. In order to collect the data, three standard questionnaires of team learning of Breso et al. (2008), knowledge management of Fong & Choi (2009), and organizational culture of Denison (2000) were employed. In order to assess the reliability of the questionnaires, the Cronbach’s alpha method was used and the related coefficients were 0.84, 0.82, and 0.94 respectively for each of the questionnaires. Moreover, in order to assess the validity, the content validity was used, and the questionnaires were confirmed by the relevant experts. The analysis of the obtained data was performed through SPSS software in the two sections of descriptive and inferential (Pearson correlation and multivariable regression). The research findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between team learning and organizational culture, and knowledge management. 摘要
本研究的目的是研究2014年萨维市高中二课程教师的团队学习和组织文化与知识管理的关系。本研究采用的方法在目标上具有实用性,在数据收集方法上具有相关性描述性。统计人口由160人组成,其中包括萨维市所有二年级高中教师。在这方面,采用Cochran公式和分层随机抽样方法,以113个人(男性65人,女性4人)为样本。为了收集数据,我们采用了Breso et al.(2008)的团队学习、Fong & Choi(2009)的知识管理和Denison(2000)的组织文化三个标准问卷。为了评估问卷的信度,采用Cronbach’s alpha法,各问卷的相关系数分别为0.84、0.82和0.94。此外,为了评估效度,采用内容效度,并由相关专家对问卷进行确认。通过SPSS软件对获得的数据进行描述性和推理性(Pearson相关和多变量回归)两部分的分析。研究发现,团队学习与组织文化、知识管理之间存在显著的相关关系。研究结果还表明,团队学习和组织文化的变量可以预测知识管理的变量。
