Creative activity is interpreted mainly as a means of forming cognitive independence in the process of historical and theoretical disciplines studying (O. Voronin, S. Oliinyk, H. Poberezhna, etc.), as a basis for methodological training of future music teachers (L. Archazhnikova, A. Bolharskyi, V. Orlov, O. Rostovskyi, V. Yakoniuk, etc.), as a condition for the formation of artistic and performing abilities (A. Kovalov, O. Prykhodko, etc.).
