摘要

本文设计并实现了一个稳定、高性能、安全的配电网实时数据采集系统。数据采集系统完成了支持标准IEC61870-5-104协议的数据通信模块,并根据配电网的实际环境对传统的轮询数据采集方式进行了改进,保证了数据通信的效率和安全性。该系统基于实时应用平台(RTAP),利用RTAP提供的实时数据库和工具集,有效保证了系统的稳定运行。此外,系统采用统一的数据接口,便于与配电网的上层应用集成,如GIS、营销系统等。
