G Suite Configuration for Education and Teaching Mechatronics

Due to the Covid19 pandemic, the educational system had to adapt to online teaching. To increase the quality of our educational system, we used Google Scripts for our school database. As a result, usernames, groups, courses on Google Classroom, the school timetable have been created and our teachers and students were automatically added to their courses. We had to use the scripts because our school has over 1600 students, 103 teachers and a lot of students who commute to school, so we needed an efficient and fast way to update our online teaching system. The paper presents how we configured the G Suite for Education and how we used the Google environment for teaching the mechatronics subjects.
