Data used time series from Year 1982 to 2016. The Analysis Model uses Multiple Regression with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of the study explained that education investment, health investment, physical domestic investment, physical foreign investment, labor quality and infrastructure spending have a significant and positive impact on the economic development of North Sumatra Province. The results of this study recommend policies that encourage human resource investment by communities and governments and encourage physical investment policies through increased domestic investment and foreign investment.
