The paper concentrates on designing and developing a Filipino Based Mobile Learning Augmentative and Alternative and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) Intervention that will include the Tagalog language and Filipino Culture aside from English Language with the help of Text-to-Speech feature to provide Filipino children with Autism an assistive tool that will enable them to have access to a mobile application that includes Filipino language and culture in using the features of Picture Exchange Communication System and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) since the available related systems are following Western language and culture.
