These parameters have been studied for the proper understanding of their DNA sequences, to know the difference between intricate sequences of DNA and to know the hidden symmetries between the DNA sequences. Subsequently, clustering method is applied after knowing the quantitative results. Then a proper study has been done for the clustering results to examine the mouse OR.
