Research on the Management Status, Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Overseas Industrial Parks: Based on the perspective of data survey analysis and standardized management

As Chinese enterprises go global, overseas industrial parks face some problems in operation and management, which seriously affect or even restrict the development and innovation of overseas industrial parks. It is urgent to strengthen guidance and norms through new methods to improve the management level of overseas industrial parks. With the support of standards, the management of overseas industrial parks can be normalized, standardized and scientific, and the management mode of overseas industrial parks can be optimized. This paper summarizes the scientific problems in the management of overseas industrial parks by sorting out and analyzing the data of overseas industrial parks management and related standards, and puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspective of standardized management.
