摘要

针对当前装甲车辆指挥控制与通信系统维护中存在的不足，介绍了指挥控制与通信系统维护的内涵、结构、功能、技术属性和技术要素。提出了采用PHM技术改造现有维修保障模式的有效途径。设计了装甲车辆指挥控制与通信设备PHM系统。最后指出PHM在维修支撑中的应用是未来的发展方向。
