摘要

本文对未修补和修补铝管的疲劳行为进行了数值研究。本研究采用有限元法进行疲劳分析。有限元方法采用Ansys Workbench(15.0)程序实现。分析采用Al 6063型铝管、DP-460型胶粘剂和[0/90]2增强角度玻璃-环氧复合贴片材料。数值研究结果表明,贴片尺寸是影响复合材料疲劳强度的有效参数,四分之一圆和半圆贴片均能提高复合材料的疲劳寿命。分析还发现,四分之一圆补片铝管具有较高的疲劳强度。
