The method used in this research is the quantitative method in which the results of the study are used as an assumption and research discussion. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires then measure using t-test. The result can be concluded that the intention to shop using e-commerce during the COVID-19 pandemic is influenced using e-commerce features and e-commerce techniques.
