PENDAMPINGAN PENGELOLAAN KOPONTREN MELALUI PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL KOPONTREN PPP. AL-AMANAH

Abstrak: Koperasi merupakan salah satu tempat yang sangat berperan penting dalam memperkuat perekonomian masyarakat dan perlu dikembangkan dan dilestarikan. Dengan adanya azas koperasi yakni kekeluargaan yang mampu menjadikan semangat bergotong royong dalam membantu mengatasi masalah-masalah khususnya yang muncul disekitar masyarakat. Di Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Putri Al-Amanah mempunyai tujuan untuk menjadikan kopontren untuk membantu menyedikan kebutuhan para santri yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Putri Al-Amanah dan membantu perekonomian masyarakat sekitar pondok pesantren. Dimana di masa pandemi akhir-akhir ini membuat pihak koperasi menyediakan dua kali lipat kebutuhan para santri. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki sasaran yakni pengurus koperasi dan para santri. Agar dapat mengetahui tentang ilmu perekonomian dan mengetahui cara mengelola koperasi dengan benar. Disamping itu juga menggunakan metode education yang ditujukan kepada para pengurus koperasi, agar mereka bisa mengelola dengan menerapkan sistem koperasi dengan benar, baik dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan maupun pengelolaan secara umum. Abstract: Cooperatives are one of the places that play an important role in strengthening the community's economy and need to be developed and preserved. With the cooperative principle, namely kinship that is able to create a spirit of mutual cooperation in helping to overcome problems, especially those that arise around the community. At the Al-Amanah Women's Islamic Boarding School Cooperative, the goal is to create a kopontren to help provide for the needs of the students in the Al-Amanah Islamic Boarding School and help the economy of the community around the Islamic boarding school. Where in the recent pandemic, the cooperative has provided double the needs of the students. The implementation of this community service activity has a target, namely the cooperative management and the students. In order to be able to know about economics and know how to manage cooperatives properly. Besides that, it also uses an education method aimed at cooperative administrators, so that they can manage by implementing the cooperative system properly, both in terms of financial management and management in general.
