An approach based on the theory of fuzzy sets, fuzzy logic and flow optimization in a directed network is proposed. The developed technique makes the analysis and quantitative assessment of risk events based on the vector of limiting indicators and allows to ensure the risk sustainability of a software project according to quality criteria.
