We study the formalization of approaches to reduce the risks of the quality of the processes of a software project and the formation of the principles of risk-based project sustainability in the face of uncertainty in the input data. An approach based on the theory of fuzzy sets, fuzzy logic and flow optimization in a directed network is proposed. The developed technique makes the analysis and quantitative assessment of risk events based on the vector of limiting indicators and allows to ensure the risk sustainability of a software project according to quality criteria.
