By the simulation software Hyperlynx, we can simulate the process of signal integrity problems generated such as reflection and crosstalk generated, and then solutions for the problems are proposed: using the termination technology and increasing sensitive space between signal lines. By the modeling and simulation of UM-BUS transmission system, the eye diagrams of UM-BUS system are measured. 摘要

随着频率的不断提高,高速电路向着大型化、小批量、高速化方向发展。信号完整性问题的识别和解决变得越来越重要。本文深入分析了信号完整性问题产生的原因。利用仿真软件Hyperlynx对信号完整性产生的反射、串扰等问题进行了仿真,并提出了采用端接技术和增加信号线间敏感空间的解决方案。通过对UM-BUS传输系统的建模和仿真,测量了UM-BUS传输系统的眼图。眼图结果表明UM-BUS具有良好的传输质量。
