This paper proposes a process management and monitoring scheme, which covers the whole lifecycle of tools and has dynamic adjustment and tracking. Based on the C# programming language and MySQL database, a workshop-level tool management system is developed. The system realizes the inventory management of the workshop tools and also the visual tracking of the tool life information from the storage to the scrapping process.
