摘要

本文设计并仿真了一种用于分布式MEMS传输线(DMTL)移相器的新型三态单元电池。该结构由共面波导传输线、微机电系统和两对金属-空气-金属电桥组成。电桥分别以三种不同的模式驱动,产生三种不同的相移。采用HFSS软件对结构进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,三种状态下的回波损耗均优于-10dB,相移与理想值吻合较好。所设计的单元电池非常适用于5位和6位DMTL移相器。
