The proposed method is confirmed by case study that used forecast data and realization data of renewable power generations and local user demands. 摘要

本文提出了具有光伏、风电等可再生能源发电、微涡轮发电机、储能等备用电源的孤立或并网微电网系统动态最优调度管理方法,该方法能够考虑太阳辐射、风速和当地用户需求等不确定性的预测误差。从经济稳定运行的角度出发,提出了优化微电网能源管理系统结构。采用动态规划(DP)和等增量燃料成本法解决了EMS系统中微型汽轮发电机组、电网和储能系统的优化问题。利用可再生能源发电预测数据和实现数据以及当地用户需求进行了实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性。总之,本文提出了一种切实可行的微电网运行方法。
