poses a threat to the decline of flora, thus putting them at high risk of extinction . This study aims to record the diversity of seed plant species in this area. The data collection was conducted in the montane zone of Mt. Tilu Nature Reserve, Bandung, West Java, to reveal species diversity in the area. A field survey was carried out by exploring the Malagembol block at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,100 m above sea level (asl). Data collections included recording the local and scientific names, while morphological character data were recorded both in the field book and photographed. For further identification, unidentified samples were used as voucher specimens. Plant conservation status was obtained based on the IUCN Red List database. The literature study was carried out to complement the bioprospecting data. A total of 74 families, 178 genera, and 260 species were recorded from the observation area. The findings in this study can be used as a reference in the forest management plan to determine priority species for conservation. Data on endemic and threatened plants recorded from the study area can be further used to ensure that the area remains protected and sustainable and also used for conservation and research purposes.
