A field survey was carried out by exploring the Malagembol block at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,100 m above sea level (asl). Data collections included recording the local and scientific names, while morphological character data were recorded both in the field book and photographed. For further identification, unidentified samples were used as voucher specimens. Plant conservation status was obtained based on the IUCN Red List database. The literature study was carried out to complement the bioprospecting data. A total of 74 families, 178 genera, and 260 species were recorded from the observation area. The findings in this study can be used as a reference in the forest management plan to determine priority species for conservation.
