摘要

在现代工业中,力矩扳手广泛用于精密装配。针对市场上现有电动力矩扳手方案复杂、精度低、扭矩范围小等缺点,本文提出了一种基于扭矩差检测的力矩扳手设计方案来控制螺栓预紧力。同时,对扭矩扳手所用串联电机的机械特性进行了分析,建立了扭矩与转速差之间的数学模型。电动定扭矩扳手具有结构简单、扭矩范围大、安全可靠等特点。
