摘要

提出了一种基于图像处理的包装粮仓粮量智能推算方案。根据实际场景,给出了粮袋特征轮廓——反光带边界,并以此为分析对象。采用Canny算子和图像形态学细化相结合的算法提取轮廓。然后,结合模式理论和方差分析技术,提出了一种用于数量二次判断的计数算法。实验结果表明,该算法通过准确提取特征轮廓并对特征轮廓个数进行计数,提供了一种有效的颗粒数量检测方法,具有较高的识别精度和效率。
