本文着眼于德国高等教育系统中IT专业人才的培养。本文概述并描述了IT培训的两种教育标准模式:专业和模块化。通过对亚琛理工大学IT专业课程学术内容的分析，发现德国IT专业人才的培养与乌克兰的不同之处，在于其跨学科课程的完全模块化，一般专业课程、专业课程和实训的比例为1:1:1。其中，亚琛工业大学的计算机科学课程结合了工程和IT行业，使学生能够获得早期的实践经验。
