摘要

智能电网的发展对电力通信网的支撑提出了更高的要求。本文结合“强智能电网”建设发展模式,研究了涵盖智能电网主要组成部分(发电、输电和电力调度)的电力电信网的业务建模、带宽预测和规划技术。在此基础上,提出了智能电网电信网的业务建模方法和基于业务模型的骨干网带宽预测方法。计算结果表明,该模型和方法具有较强的操作性和实用性。所计算的带宽满足了电信业务的发展。本文所提出的方法已在国家电网电信“十二五”规划中得到应用,对电力系统电信网络的带宽管理和规划有很大的帮助。
