Data were collected in scores and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the learning management system (LMS) as a learner self-service-based platform effectively increased learner mastery, especially during distance learning. This finding is reinforced by the learner scores showing a pretest score of 48.49 compared to the posttest result of 78.41, with a significance (sig.) of 0.000 <0.05.
