The network-based mechanical part suppliers searching system is proposed to help to fulfill this process. Farther research showed that the core work of the suppliers searching system is the optimization of the required commercial part data such as the price, quality and delivery time etc. consisted of the whole scheme. In this paper, detailed work is focused on the modeling of the parts supplying system. About the model solving algorithm including of the extra part transport fee is also discussed.
