This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach and multiple regression analysis methods. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The population is all customers who come to Pempek 888 Taman Kenten Palembang Restaurant, while the total sample is 98 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The results showed that product quality and satisfaction partially had a significant effect on customer loyalty. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨产品品质与满意度对顾客忠诚度的影响。本研究采用描述性研究与定量研究相结合的多元回归分析方法。抽样技术使用偶然抽样。人口是所有来到Pempek 888 Taman Kenten Palembang餐厅的顾客,根据Slovin公式,总样本为98名受访者。结果表明,产品质量和满意度对顾客忠诚有部分显著影响。希望Pempek 888 Taman Kenten巨港餐厅将继续保持和提高产品质量,从颜色,外观,部分,形状,温度,质地,香气,成熟度和提供的味道,直到提供的清真保证必须保持和改进,以便客户继续感到满意,而不会转移到另一个地方。关键词:产品质量,顾客满意,顾客忠诚
