A new model of military communication network operational effectiveness evaluation
A new model which mixes the improved ADC model, the Group Decision-Making model and the Improved D-S model is researched in this paper according to the characters of the operation effectiveness evaluation of the military communication network. A example is given, and the evaluation results which are compared to the results calculated by single method show the new model very feasible.
