FICHAS DE NOTIFICAÇÃO DA LEISHMANIOSE VISCERAL: A TECNOLOGIA COMO ALIADA

Com o avanço da tecnologia, evidenciou-se a importância da criação de sistemas de saúde voltados para a compilação dos dados, visando agrupar as informações e melhorar os serviços prestados. Uma das doenças de notificação compulsória é a Leishmaniose visceral (LV) humana - uma doença crônica, sistêmica e todo caso suspeito ou confirmado deve ser notificado e investigado pelo Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN). O presente trabalho teve como objetivo evidenciar a importância da completude das fichas de notificação para a eficácia do SINAN. Foi realizado um estudo avaliativo, descritivo, retrospectivo, com dados secundários dos casos confirmados de LV, residentes em Petrolina (PE), no período de 2011 a 2016, registrados na base de dados municipal do SINAN. Para tecnologia em serviços de saúde, houve revisão de literatura em base de dados. Todas as variáveis estudadas foram transcritas no programa Microsoft Excel®. Considerou-se as Categorias: (1) 0% a 25% de preenchimento nos campos das fichas analisadas; (2) 25,1% a 50%; (3) 0,1% a 75% e; (4) 75,1% a 100%.  Foram confirmados 191 casos de LV nos residentes. Foram analisadas 18 variáveis e, dentre elas, sete (38,9%) se enquadraram na Categoria 2, uma (5,5%) na Categoria 3 e dez (55,5%) na Categoria 4. No que se refere ao SINAN, sua alimentação e utilização efetiva permite a realização de diagnóstico dinâmico da ocorrência de eventos na população. Sobre a informação nos sistemas de gestão em saúde, esta é considerada uma importante ferramenta para a dinâmica organizacional.Palavras-chave: Sistema de Informação em Saúde. Notificação de Agravos. One of the compulsory notification diseases is human visceral leishmaniasis, which is a chronic, systemic disease and any suspected or confirmed case must be notified and investigated by the Notification of Injury Information System (SINAN). Thus, the present study aimed to highlight the importance of completeness of the notification forms for the effectiveness of SINAN. An evaluative, descriptive, retrospective study was conducted with secondary data from the confirmed cases of LV, residing in Petrolina (PE), from 2011 to 2016, registered in the SINAN municipal database. For technology in health services, there was literature review in database. All variables studied were transcribed in the Microsoft Excel® program. The following categories were considered: (1) 0% to 25% of completion in the fields analyzed; (2) 25.1% to 50%; (3) 0.1% to 75% and; (4) 75.1 % to 100%. We confirmed 191 cases of LV in the residents. Eighteen variables were analyzed, and seven (38.9%) were classified as Category 2, one (5.5%) in Category 3 and ten (55.5%) in Category 4. Among them, SINAN, its feeding and effective utilization allows the performance of a dynamic diagnosis of the occurrence of events in the population.
