摘要

某台设备在长期使用过程中出现插件式电容焊点的反复故障,对设备的功能和性能有一定的影响。本文对失效原因进行了分析,通过扫描电镜、能谱分析和焊点解剖,发现电容器腿被氧化,导致焊接时出现裂纹。通过氧化层的去除和定时处理,可以有效地提高润湿性,降低缺陷风险,达到提高产品质量的目的。
