Density, differential thermal analysis, FTIR and impedance spectroscopic were used to analyze these systems. It was confirmed that the glassy matrix of these systems was based on the MoO6 octahedral units and on BO3 and BO4 units. The results explained how the stability of a borate matrix that hosted molybdenum ions was affected by the presence of small mobile ions (lithium ions in the present case). It was found that concentration of molybdenum oxide was restricted by strong interactions between the charged molybdenum structures and the mobile ions due to the presence of order forces that promote the formation of crystalline structures. 摘要
