摘要

为寻找有效检测在用奥氏体不锈钢压力容器和管道应力腐蚀裂纹的检测技术,对2个试样进行了渗透检测、涡流阵列检测和数字射线成像检测实验,并通过CIVA仿真研究了管道表面曲率对应力腐蚀裂纹可检测性的影响。结果表明,涡流阵列对表面断裂和地下应力腐蚀裂纹的检测能力比PT高,数字射线成像可以检测到部分埋藏应力腐蚀裂纹,但受裂纹检测角度和几何不锋利性的限制,两者是奥氏体不锈钢压力容器和管道外部检测的良好组合。
