The Laser Scattering and Statistical Characteristics of Haze Particles Which Have Rarefied Random Distribution
Haze phenomenon frequently occurs in recent years. Therefore, the development light scattering characteristics of haze particles has great significance for haze particle size and composition analysis, as well as the impact of wireless optical communications. Combining Mie theory and Rayleigh scattering, the differential scattering section (DSS) of single haze particle and the statistical average DSS of ellipsoid particles with different aspect ratios which have lognormal distribution are analyzed and calculated at the laser wavelength of $1.06\ \mu \text{m}$ in this paper. Our works will further study to carry out laser scattering characteristics of thin random distributed and complex shaped haze particles and provide the basic theoretical basis for the study of the influence of real haze environment on wireless laser communication.
