摘要

本研究旨在分析(1)耀斯苏达索巴东医院服务质量对患者忠诚度的影响;(2)耀斯苏达索巴东医院形象服务质量对患者忠诚度的影响;(3)耀斯苏达索巴东医院形象对患者忠诚度的影响。这项研究是一项因果研究。本研究的人群是在巴东尤斯苏达索医院接受治疗的患者。抽样采用随机抽样方法。仪器测试采用效度测试和信度测试,数据分析采用通径分析。结果表明:(1)服务质量对耀斯苏达索巴东医院的形象有显著影响;(2)服务质量对耀斯苏达索巴东医院的患者忠诚度有显著影响;(3)耀斯苏达索巴东医院的形象对患者忠诚度有显著影响。
