This study presented that health care workers interest the service quality standards and the training increases hospital service quality standards. In conclusion, although increasing awareness and the settlement of concepts are still shortcomings, service quality standards under the provision of services and infrastructure that we continue to work at the university hospital, knowledge and the training of our employees in achieving the goal of this point can be considered.
