摘要

在给用户分配峰峰任务的过程中,存在分配标准不确定、任务不匹配和实际响应不匹配等问题。为了提供更准确的分布,从而为电网企业实施错时用电提供建议,本文采用层次分析法对用户峰负荷错时潜力进行评估。选取与峰载错开潜力相关的指标,构建潜力评价体系,根据评价结果分配峰载错开资源,根据任务完成情况判断评价的准确性等。通过实验仿真验证了本文提出的势能评价方法的有效性。

A user peak load staggering potential assessment method based on three-demarcation analytic hierarchy process
