Poselska inicjatywa ustawodawcza

This article aims to draw attention to the issue of legislative initiative concerning the powers conferred on Members. This work includes consideration of the substance of the legislative initiative as well as the parliamentary legislative initiative, in particular through the initiative of the parliamentary groups and the initiative given to the Sejm committee and the possibility of withdrawing a complex project. The author focuses primarily on the analysis of the regulations concerning the problem, which have been extended to include a broad doctrine.
