The general purpose of this study was to determine the effect of yoga on the intensity of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at the Insan Permai Youth Posyandu, Cikancung Village. While the specific purpose is to identify the dysmenorrhea intensity score before and after yoga and analyze the effect of yoga in reducing dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at the Insan Permai Youth Posyandu, Cikancung Village, Bandung Regency. This research design is a quantitative analytic pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design approach and calculated using the paired t-test. The sample in this study amounted to 25 adolescent girls with data collection tools in the form of NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) observation sheets.  The results of the study obtained a dysmenorrhea intensity scale before yoga with a mean of 4.32 and a dysmenorrhea intensity scale after yoga with a mean of 2.08 and p-value <0.05. This means that there is an effect of yoga in reducing dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls. 摘要

痛经是一种月经期间的疼痛,会干扰青春期女孩的日常活动,比如因为疼痛而导致学习注意力下降。减轻痛经强度的一种方法是瑜伽。因此,有必要证明瑜伽对痛经强度的影响。本研究的一般目的是确定瑜伽对在Insan Permai Youth Posyandu, Cikancung村的青春期女孩痛经强度的影响。而具体目的是确定瑜伽前后痛经强度评分,分析瑜伽在万隆县池坎孔村Insan Permai Youth Posyandu减少青春期女孩痛经的效果。本研究设计为定量分析预实验,采用一组前测后测设计方法,采用配对t检验计算。本研究的样本为25名青春期女孩,数据收集工具为NRS(数值评定量表)观察表。研究结果得出,瑜伽前痛经强度量表均值为4.32,瑜伽后痛经强度量表均值为2.08,p值<0.05。这意味着瑜伽在减少青春期女孩痛经方面有一定的效果。本研究有望为年轻女性减少痛经提供参考,助产士也可以宣传瑜伽是克服痛经的另一种方式。
