培养大学生的“核心素养”和“关键能力”,既是大学生实现自身成长和社会化的关键因素,也是时代发展和现实环境赋予高校思想政治工作者的必然使命。思想政治课作为高校思想政治教育的重要载体,在培养大学生“核心素养”和“关键能力”方面还存在诸多困难。在此基础上,应积极改革思想政治课主渠道,构建以学生为中心、以思想政治课价值为导向的培养体系,推进思想政治课与课程的创新驱动、协调发展,突破高校思想政治课的“核心素养”和“关键能力”,充分发挥高校思想政治课在培养大学生中的“核心素养”和“关键能力”。探索以培养“核心素养”和“关键素养”为指导的高校思想政治课改革实践路径势在必行
