摘要

本研究采用中国公民主观幸福感量表(SWBS-CC)对西安市102名幼儿教师的主观幸福感进行了测量。结果显示,受访教师的主观幸福感总体不乐观。第一,年龄越大,主观幸福感越低。其次,服务时间越长,幸福感越低。第三,不同收入幼儿教师的主观幸福感差异不显著。最后,影响幼儿教师幸福感的主要因素有幼儿、家长、幼儿学校、教师职业认同、社会认同等。
