摘要

随着风力发电逐渐进入电网,风力发电很可能取代一些火力发电机组的输出,这可能导致燃料消耗和有害排放的减少。另一方面,由于风电的波动性,给电力系统的调频带来很大的影响。然后,考虑到系统调频的需求,重点研究风电参与系统调频后系统储备的变化。在此基础上,考虑发电收益、发电成本、辅助服务成本、环境效益等因素,得到并网风电运行价值的表达式。然后通过实际电力系统的仿真验证了该方法的有效性,并研究了风电场是否参与电网调频对并网风电运行值的影响。最后得出风电场参与电网调频可以提高并网风电的运行价值。
