Position design parameters in network in the configuration section parameters, hardware allocation in PLC system were determined. This paper proposed an automatic mixed transportation control model based on robust, and design a multiphase system PLC software programs, including analog, digital, pulse data acquisition and control and data storage location. The hardware design and implementation of the multiphase test system, this system can be used for single-phase, two-phase or multiphase technology research. Through the PLC collection of each branch of the pressure, flow, temperature, and through the control valve, quick closing valves, regulating valves to control the flow of each branch size, can achieve the accurate multiphase objective.
