Concurrently we also carried out experiments on protective behavior of coatings by electroplating and painting in corrosive gases in our laboratory. 摘要

为了评价仪器的各种表面处理工艺,从1959年8月开始,我们在化肥、苏打和其他化工厂的条件下对电镀沉积物和涂膜进行了为期两年半的现场暴露试验。同时,我们还在实验室进行了镀层在腐蚀性气体中电镀和喷涂的防护性能实验。结果表明:1)锌、铬、银镀层在二氧化硫气体中有较好的防腐效果,铬镀层在硫化氢气体中有较好的防腐效果。2)酚醛树脂类、乙烯基树脂类和高固相漆类涂料对二氧化硫气体的防护效果较好,漆类、乙烯基类和乙烯醇酸类涂料对硫化氢气体的防护效果较好。3)从实验室得到的结果,可以在一定程度上估计实际暴露状态下表面处理的充分性和有效寿命。
