In which, the Public health of the people of the nation is an essential factor for a country to grow higher. This work focused on the Indian medical environment and gave the insight to improve public health with the concept of connected hospitals. Network science is an area of research widens its spectrum in social science, computer science, biology, mathematics, and other areas. The concepts from the network science have leveraged in this work. The algorithm of this work has been designed to leverage the density, distance and other metrics which are related to the nodes and edges, to find the community hidden in the data. The proposed method takes the hospitals in India as the nodes and the distance between them as the edges. Finally, the hierarchical clustering method is used to cluster the hospitals. The plots show that the clusters formed are closer to each other and this method used for smart healthcare planning.
